The distinctive features of Fami CNC tool racks
The combined use of CNC tool racks and bushes on trolleys, in cabinets or on tabletop racks allows for arranging in a logical and well organised way all tools that are routinely used on computerised numerical control machines.
The CNC tool racks can be used on tabletop racks or suspended on trolleys or in hinged-door cabinets in a horizontal or inclined position for easy picking of the tools. The height-adjustable supports allow for installing the racks also in simple or telescopic pull-out drawers.
The structure of the various tool holder bushes is shaped to ensure stable and safe fitting of the various tools stored. This feature, along with the possibility of fastening each bush to the rack, increases the level of safety when the trolleys move or the drawers are pulled out.
Safe and tidy organisation of tools with NC components
The various NC components used to organise spindles, cutters and cones are made of solid and sturdy materials, allowing them to withstand wear, impacts and scratches. The CNC tool racks are made of welded metal and have appropriate slots for housing the bushes, so as to prevent them from moving or falling off when the tool is being used. The oil-resistant ABS bushes are available in various versions as each hole is made to optimally adapt to the size of the tool to be stored.
The use of bushes and CNC tool racks on trolleys, tabletop racks and cabinets allows fore creating tidy and well organised warehouses, where each tool has its own place. The operator will thus have everything available and within easy reach and will be able to carry out the various machine preparation operations in a quicker, simpler and more efficient way.
