Safely stored materials and liquids
All the storage solutions for hazardous substances include components for the safe containment and management of materials and liquids, thus avoiding dispersion in the environment and any risk of pollution. Tippable buckets and collection trays are watertight and have mechanisms which ensure they can be emptied quickly, cleanly and safely. The big bag holder frames, on the other hand, have legs on which to fasten the material holder bags and smooth bottom panels for greater support of the stored material.
The cabinets are equipped with a cylinder lock with numbered key or master key, double key supplied and three-point closure; the inner walls have slots with a 25 mm pitch that can be used for quickly and easily fitting galvanised perforated shelves. Moreover, the cabinets can be anchored to the floor or to the wall. Your safety is our priority: that’s why flammable cabinets and safety cabinets are manufactured in accordance with Italian law.
Mobility and stackability
The integrated bases in the bottom of the buckets, tanks and frames make transportation, loading and unloading of hazardous substances quick and safe. Operators can move the different solutions using trolleys at any time and thus organise the storeroom efficiently. The stackability of the tanks and frames also ensures additional optimisation of spaces.
Environmental and operator protection
The management and handling of hazardous substances is governed by law to protect the environment and any workers handling these products on a daily basis. Collection trays, tippable buckets and big bag holder frames have been specifically designed and developed to comply with the various environmental and occupational safety regulations.
Fami safety cabinets undergo a quality control process to ensure legally compliant storage of PPE and fire-fighting equipment, hazardous substances, oils, chemicals, pesticides, paints and plant protection products.
Storing everything with the safety cabinets
Occupational safety is a very vast subject and there are highly specific legal requirements that companies must comply with; these also include guidelines regarding safety cabinets for the storage of toxic and flammable equipment and products.
The metal cabinets of this series are made of sheet steel with 7/10 mm thickness, with all accessible edges folded and with galvanised slotted shelves. The lock consists of a cylinder with numbered key. The cabinets can be fastened to the floor or to the wall.
