The unique characteristics of Fami shelving units for small parts
The frame of the bin-holder shelving units allows all the boxes used to organise the work material to be stored neatly and simply: each bin will be inserted with its own label on the front so as to allow the operator to recognise in just a few seconds the position of the component, of the small parts or of the screws needed at that moment.
Two further elements that facilitate identifying the stored material are the shape and material of the bins. For example, in solutions with bins for picking, it is precisely the hopper-type opening that ensures visibility, while the characteristic transparency and opening method of the drawers of the Visual Box shelving units for small parts allows the operator to immediately recognise the contents.
Depending on the type of bin shelving unit chosen, there are specific systems to avoid the accidental fall of the bin itself, of the screws and od the small components stored. The shelving unit with slides, for example, is equipped as standard with a special anti-tipping stop which blocks the bin from travelling and allows it to be almost completely extracted without it falling from the frame.
The shelving units for small parts with Visual Box drawer units can be integrated with stops that prevent the drawer from accidentally opening by blocking it in the closed position.
In shelving units with dividers, instead, opting for the set of edge strips to replace the individual dividers or separators allows you to create a containment tray for all the loose components.
